Professor Vijay Sathe

Professor Vijay Sathe was awarded a UK Travel Award (2019-20) as former faculty, Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, Deccan College, Pune, to research UK archives for his study of Sir Hugh Falconer and his quest for the natural history of India.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
