Ms Yasmin Hales was awarded an India Travel Award (1999-2000), when MA student, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, for research towards a socio-cultural study of Indian contemporary tribal artists.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
