Ms Smita Singh was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2004-05, w hen an art conservator at the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) to study the materials and techniques of traditional and modern picchawai paintings of the Vallabhacharya Sampradaya, painted by the artists of Nathdwara, Rajsamand District, Rajasthan.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
