Ms Parul Singh was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (UK) (2015-16), when PhD student, School of Arts and Aesthetics, Jawaharalal Nehru University, Delhi, for research resources relating to the study: “Kings, lovers, mothers and others: notions of kingship and gender during the reign of Wajid Ali Shah of Awadh”.
