Ms Meghali Goswami Nandi was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2000-01, when an MA student at the National Museum Institute, Delhi, for a study of textiles and jewelry of the Khashi and Garo tribes of Meghalaya state.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
