Ms Janmoni Deori was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2014-15, when a postgraduate student, Dept of Design (Textiles), Kala-Bhavana, Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, West Bengal, for a study of the textile designs of the Garo Tribe, Arunachal Pradesh.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
