Mrs Savita Kumari was awarded a UK Travel Award (2009-10) when Assistant Curator, National Gallery of Modern Art, Delhi, for research relating to a study of the political, social and cultural  dimensions that operated under Mughal rulers through the art and architecture of Delhi (1803-1857).

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
