Mr Rakesh Dattatreya Dhawade was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 1999-2000, when an arms expert, Uishsrambaugwada Historical Armoury, Pune, for research into the study and display of Indian historical arms and armour.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
