Mr Mushtaq Khan was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2014-15, as former Deputy Director, Design and Documentation, Crafts Museum, Delhi, for a study of the birth of Muria tribal paintings in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, and the impact of the urban art market.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
