Mr Hari Narayan Nilam was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 1997-98, when Retd. Director of Museums, Government Museum, Chennai, to study the formative years of the Madras Museum.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
