Dr Vinay Kumar was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2017-18, when Assistant Professor, Centre for Advanced Study, Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi, for an ethno-archaeological study on Megaliths of Bastar.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
