Dr Sharada Srinivasan was awarded a UK Travel Award (2006-07) when Faculty Fellow, National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore, to deliver lectures to coincide with the Chola Bronze exhibition at the Royal Academy of Art, London, and to undertake research on relevant metal artefacts in the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
