Dr Robert Elgood was awarded an India Travel Award (2004-05) as an Independent Scholar, London, to catalogue the collections of arms in the Mehrangarh Fort Museum, Jodphur.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
