Dr Mahmood Alam was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (UK) (2015-16), when Assistant Professor, Department of Persian Studies, School of Asian Studies, English and Foreign Languages University, for documentation of the dispersed collections of Indo-Persian manuscript heritage of Bengal.
