Dr Dipandwita Donde was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) in 2015-16, when a PhD student in the School of Arts and Aesthetics, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, for research for her study: “Hero, King, Prophet, Deity: portraits of Akbar and transcultural prototypes”.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
