Ms Kanika Mondal was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship 2016-17, while a PhD student, Dept of Museology, MS University of Baroda, to study and gain hands on experience of learning programmes for young children in UK museums. 

Ms Subhra Devi

Ms Subhra Devi was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship 2016-17, while Assistant Curator, Museum and Archive, Dept of Cultural Studies, Tezpur, Assam, to study historic handloom textiles of Assam in museum collections in the UK, and operational aspects of museums, including documentation, publication and display practices. 

Ms Pooja Saxena

Ms Pooja Saxena was awarded the UK visiting Fellowship (Charles Wallace India Trust) 2016-17, while Consultant, National Monument Authority, Delhi, to study museum displays and interpretation centres: media for social interaction and informal education in the UK.  

Ms Tejshvi Jain

Ms Tejshvi Jain was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship (Charles Wallace India Trust) 2017-18, while working with the ReReeti Foundation, Bangalore, to work with Leeds Museums and Galleries on museum education and to establish a long-term partnership with these museums.  

Dr Kaushik Gangopadhyay

Dr Kaushik Gangopadhyay was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship 2017-18, while Assistant Professor, Dept of Archaeology, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, to participate in an excavation conducted by the Museum of London Archaeology unit (MOLA) and for advanced training in urban and community archaeology.  

Dr V Selvakumar

Dr V Selvakumar was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship, while Assistant Professor, Dept of Epigraphy and Archaeology, Tamil University, Thanjavur. The award was for training on scientific analysis of ceramics at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London and the British Museum, in relation to his studies of ceramics in South India.   

Ms R Vaishnavi

Ms R. Vaishnavi was awarded a UK Visiting Fellowship while Curator, Piramal Art Foundation, Chennai/Mumbai, for research in UK collections on drawings created for surgeons based in colonial Madras as part of a larger study on the relationship between art, science and economic value.
