Ms Sharmila Das was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 1995-96, when a research scholar at Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, for a study of the cultural contribution of the Gajapati rulers of Orissa.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
