Mr Atul Tripathi was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 1996-97, when  in the Dept of Ancient Indian History & Archaeology, Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi, to carry out a comprehensive and comparative study of solar temples.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
