Ms P Umachandra Maheswari was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2007-08, when a music teacher, Tamilnadu, for a field study of the unique music traditions of South India.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
