Dr S Udayakumar was awarded a Small Study and Research Grant (India) 2016-17, when  PhD student in the Dept of Archaeology, Deccan College, Pune, for an investigation of the differences between Chola bronze casting and Dokra bronze casting by means of experimental work.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
