Dr Nizamuddin Taher was awarded a UK Travel Award (2010-11) when Superintending Archaeologist, Site Manager for World Heritage, Archaeological Survey of India, Bhopal Circle, Madhya Pradesh, to visit UK world heritage sites, study their interpretation centres and record systems for comparison with India.

The trust offers funding to students (graduates and PhDs), scholars and museum professionals based in India and the UK to undertake study and research in both countries.
