Dr Shreela Basu was awarded the UK Visiting Fellowship (Charles Wallace India Trust) 2019-20 while Associate Professor, Visva Bharati University, Dept of Bengali, Santiniketan. The award was to continue research on Bengal terracotta temples via the McCutchion photographic archive and related material in the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) London, and Bengal scroll paintings via the patachitra collection in the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, Coventry.
